I've been loving the shit out of Portland so far. I've been looking for a job and that hasn't been going the best I suppose but other than that things have been good. I went to a PDXFunc ([link]) and met some pretty awesome and intelligent people. I can't wait to go next month!

I have been doing some pretty trivial stuff in Haskell the past week. I'm writing a simple JSON->XML and XML->JSON library that outputs to a file and can take a text file as input as well (code can be seen at [link]). Learning a lot on the way too! I've been thinking about starting a blog about my experience with trying to think in a more functional style (let me tell you, it's difficult).

Anyone have any ideas about what I should do next?
